Gillian scheduled to attend BAFTAs

The 2005 Orange British Academy Film and Television Awards take place in the UK this Saturday 12th February 2005 at The Odeon, Leicester Square in London.

International broadcasters that have signed on include BBC Prime, BBC America, STAR, Cinenova Scandinavia and PT Indonesia. (Worldscreen.com)

The ceremony will air "live" (after some on-site fast-track editing) on primetime BBC One in the United Kingdom, with the show then fed into BBC America Stateside. (Hollywood Reporter)

Hosted by comedian Stephen Fry, attendees confirmed to attend this weekend’s BAFTAs include Leonardo DiCaprio, Clive Owen, Cate Blanchett, Diane Kruger, Martin Scorsese, Christian Slater, Juliette Lewis, Anjelica Huston, Jim Broadbent, Richard Gere, Sienna Miller, Gillian Anderson, Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan, Keanu Reeves and Lord Attenborough.

Prime Television in New Zealand will broadcast the ceremony less than 12 hours later, this Sunday 13th February at 8.30pm. (Scoop.co.nz)
