Among the entries are those from Melanie Griffith, Anna Quindlen, Sally Ride, Gladys Knight, Gillian Anderson and Ellen DeGeneres. The book is based on the WE: Women's Entertainment television series. Linda Ellerbee, the producer of the series, provides an introduction."
